Why Forensic Wills?
We are passionate about everyone having a suitable will which ensures their belongings are passed onto their loved ones. Not only that, but any children are adequately provided for and protected via guardianship if relevant.
We have worked in financial services since 1986, specialising in arranging property finance. One of the first questions we ask clients when arranging a mortgage is: have you got a will and we have been shocked at how many people haven’t sorted out their financial affairs.
We decided to do something about it, setting up Forensic Wills to offer no-nonsense, sensible advice to clients who want peace of mind.

JONATHAN HARRIS
Managing Director
Jonathan is a qualified will writer and full member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters.
His background is in financial services – previously an Independent Financial Adviser, he also runs a mortgage brokerage. Jonathan set up Forensic Wills as he was shocked at how many people either don’t have a will or haven’t updated it for many years, rendering it unfit for purpose. His passion is ensuring that everyone passes their wealth and belongings onto their loved ones, and even more importantly, that children are protected and provided for by way of guardianship and appropriate trust structures.
DAVID BRYDON
Business Development Consultant
David is Forensic’s business development consultant, responsible for helping develop the will & estate planning proposition. Previously, he enjoyed a career in the City with Salomon Brothers, the Federal Reserve, and Bank of America. After leaving the City, David undertook a number of consultancy roles, before joining Forensic Property Finance and now Forensic Wills.
